ALSTOM NRD108031 / TRVC070999000 BOTTOM

Introduction to Interface Module**

This is a basic interface module applied in ALSTOM industrial control/turbine control/power station/rail transit system, usually used as a bottom board level (BOTTOM) module inside the cabinet, responsible for core tasks such as power distribution, signal input processing, and system communication support.

1、 Module positioning

Belonging to the Bottom Interface/Basic Support Module (BOTTOM Module)

Installed at the bottom layer of the control cabinet or system framework as a basic node

Integrated power conversion, signal interface, circuit protection, and processing unit

Used for connecting external sensors, actuators, controllers, etc

It is equivalent to the “underlying base” in the entire system, providing power and signal channels for other functional boards.

2、 Main functions
1. Power conversion and distribution

The module is equipped with a complete power circuit that can convert external input AC power (commonly 220V or 380V) into multiple DC voltages required by the system, such as:

+5V

+12V

+15V

+18V

+24V

These output voltages will be allocated to upper level CPUs, I/O boards, communication modules, etc.

This is one of the most important functions of the module.

2. Input interfaces for multiple signals

Can access various signals from external devices, such as:

Ordinary numerical input

thermocouple

thermistor

Voltage/current detection signal

The module will convert these signals into recognizable standard levels within the system.

3. Microcomputer control logic

Modules typically have small processing units inside to perform:

Input signal filtering

data processing

state analysis

Basic logical judgment

Provide a more stable and clean signal environment for the upper control system.
